Le 7 septembre 2006, elle s’est fait arrêter en état d’ébriété, elle a écopé de 36 mois de probation et d’une amende de 1500$ le 22 janvier 2007. Le 27 février, elle s’est fait de nouveau arrêté, les phares éteints, alors que son permis était suspendu. Le 4 mai, le juge l’a condamné à 45 jours de prison ferme, elle devra se livrer le 5 juin au plus tard au Centre régional de détention de Lynwood pour purger sa sentence. Elle sera réduite à 23 jours si elle a un bon comportement. Elle y est entrée le dimanche 3 juin 2007. Elle est malgré tout sortie le 7. Le shérif qui a autorisé sa sortie a expliqué qu’elle avait été réassignée à sa résidence avec un bracelet en raison de son état de santé. Elle affirme souffrir de claustrophobie et dit qu’elle a eue de sévères crises de panique dans sa cellule. Le 28 août 2010, elle a été arrêtée et on a retrouvé un petit sachet de cocaïne dans son sac à main. Elle a été condamnée à un an de probation, à 200 heures de travaux communautaires et à 2000$ d’amende. Elle a été arrêtée 2 fois en 2010 pour possession de marijuana.

On September 7, 2006, she was arrested for being drunk and was sentenced to 36 months of probation and a fine of $1500 on January 22, 2007. On 27 February, she was arrested again with the headlights off, while her license was suspended. On May 4^th, the judge sentenced her to 45 days in prison, and she will have to surrender by June 5 at the latest to the Lynwood Regional Detention Centre to serve her sentence. It will be reduced to 23 days if she behaves well. She entered on Sunday, June 3, 2007. She nevertheless left on the 7^th. The sheriff who authorized her release explained that she had been reassigned to her residence with a bracelet because of her health condition. She claims to suffer from claustrophobia and says that she had severe panic attacks in her cell. On 28 August 2010, she was arrested and a small bag of cocaine was found in her handbag. She was sentenced to one year of probation, 200 hours of community service and a $2,000 fine. She was arrested twice in 2010 for possession of marijuana.
